Suncoast Photography like all small businesses in the EU must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. 

All data that is provided by our customers is used solely for the use intended when given to us. 

Suncoast Photography never shares any information with third parties or sell your details to anyone. This also applies to telephone numbers unless you provide us with permission in some circumstances in connection with your booking with us. This would include your telephone number being passed to other members of our staff if required for obvious logistical and for other reasons connected to our service to you.

We do not have a email marketing and will never share your email for this or any other purpose.

We have a Data Protection Policy with Laboral Group, Canary Islands.

We will always ask your permission to post your image on our social media accounts, there is no obligation whatsoever to provide us with this permission.
